Please note that our event packages are based on a minimum call of 6 hours to allow for sufficient set-up time, coverage of the event, and bump out after the completion of the event.
Our times are measured from call time-to-wrap in Sydney and portal-to-portal in all other national and international locations, including lunch, travel, and appropriate breaks. We understand the importance of time management and strive to complete projects promptly and efficiently. We want to ensure that every moment is captured and that you receive the best service from our team. If you need additional time for your event, just let us know, and we will work with you to provide the extra coverage you need.

At MAN&CAM, we understand that filming can take place outside of the Sydney CBD. Therefore, we factor in travel time for locations outside of the area. Our experienced crew is familiar with all types of locations and can create stunning visuals, no matter the setting.

Please note that the rates we quoted do not include any travel and subsistence expenses, parking fees, road tolls, or consumables such as USB sticks or drives. Our goal is to ensure that you receive the best service possible while keeping our rates as affordable as we can for you.

All rates are subject to change, and all prices are net, excluding taxes. Australian GST will therefore apply at the prevailing rate except where the client can supply a valid Tax ID number upfront from outside Australia and the work is being exported for use outside Australia only. We accept bank transfers, cash payments or PayPal (subject to PayPal fees). New clients may need to pay with the completion of the shoot and may be asked for a down payment before the commencement of filming. Our liability policy covers situations such as illness, errors, omissions, professional negligence, technical and mechanical failures, and the effects of a crime. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the equivalent of the Booking's daily fee. We work diligently to ensure that all of our projects are completed to the highest standards, but we also recognize that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Our liability policy protects both our clients and ourselves in the event of such occurrences.
